Instructor

Lindsay Weidner

Lindsay received her yoga training through a Yoga Alliance 200hr. Yoga Teacher Training. Having her B.S. in Nursing and working as a Registered Nurse in local hospitals left her feeling like she was on the reactive side of caring for people and she realized she wanted to be on the proactive side of caring for others. As a health coach, Lindsay helps her clients to create contracts that aid them on their journeys toward improved mental and physical wellness. She equips them with the skills, knowledge, and accountability necessary in order to reach their goals. In regards to movement, Lindsay has always been open to trying different movement practices and her love of yoga runs deep. With influences from swimming, surfing, paddle-boarding, running, yoga, dance, pilates, strength training, windsurfing, and kitesurfing, the yoga classes that Lindsay shares are well rounded approaches to strengthening and lengthening the body. Lindsay is so excited to be able to share yoga with other athletes.
